The Australian Geothermal Energy Association (AGEA) is the industry representative body for Australian geothermal companies. The Australian Geothermal Energy Group (AGEG) represents the Australian geothermal energy community encompassing industry, academia and both State and Federal government. These two bodies jointly present the 2011 Australian Geothermal Energy Conference.
- The Conference will be held at the Sebel Albert Park, in Melbourne from Wednesday 16 November to Friday 18 November.
- Speakers with extensive geothermal experience from around the world are being engaged to share their knowledge with you.

- Sunday 20 November a full day tour of the Mornington Peninsula, visiting a winery, lunch at a golf club and then a tour and use of facilities at the Peninsula Hot Springs. $150.00
- Tuesday 15 November a course on Achieving better characterisation of geology, structure, temperature, micro-seismicity and rock behaviour at EGS sites. $700.00
- Conference Dinner will be held on Wednesday 16 November at The Sebel Albert Park, drinks will be served from 7.00pm
