Trade exhibition booths are available for equipment suppliers, research facilities and government departments seeking exposure to the geothermal industry.
To acknowledge the exhibition’s importance all lunches, morning and afternoon teas as well as two happy hours will be in the trade area. Lunches will be included in the registration for Conference delegates and will be served in the exhibition area, encouraging delegates to remain in the exhibition during this important break. Booths will be positioned adjacent to the main session rooms.
A detailed trade exhibition kit will be forwarded to exhibitors approximately six weeks prior to the event.
Café bar services are an excellent way of ensuring delegates visit your stand. These facilities are available for hire.
Trade exhibitors receive the following:
- Trade Exhibition space for three days in Exhibition area, including shell scheme booth, power, lights, table, (1.8m x 700mm), 2 chairs and company fascia sign.
- One complimentary three day conference Trade registration (excludes attendance to sessions and conference materials).
- One additional Trade registration at a discounted rate of $330 if required.
